Do you harbor the dream of dreams? Working at home and making a decent living, not answering to anyone but yourself and fixing your own hours and dress code? Do you dream of a home based business opportunity that actually works, doesn't siphon off all your spare money but puts the bucks in your pocket?
Is there really such a thing?
The dream of making money on the Internet is not a simple fantasy. You can make it a reality if you're willing to follow some basic precepts. Here are a few principles to follow when contemplating starting up a home based online business. They're also useful checks for those who have been working online for a while and want to tweak an already established Internet business.
You've seen all the hype. It seems that every other page on the web advertises secrets to making a fortune online. Some of those programs are definitely well conceived and well structured, and will produce return for your time, effort, energy and money in the form of an ongoing Internet business. Others are scams. When you're first starting out, how do you tell the difference?
Read first, and then research before you act. After you've read a couple dozen of these websites through, you'll find yourself noticing patterns of hyperbole and noticeably pushy prose. Throw those out.
Choose a few programs you feel good about at that point. Then write individual e-mails to the people whose glowing testimonials are all over those sites. The ones who write back represent the ones that stand a chance.
Commit to something you love. This recommendation contains two parts: First, the commitment part. That means that your new online home based business requires you to take care of it like a baby. Don't just buy a program and then expect it to bring in the dough. Commit in your mind first, and really be willing to spend time nurturing your online home business with your time, your heart, your mind and your soul. That's what winners are made of.
The second part of the recommendation to "commit to something you love" has to do with loving what you do. It's simple. If you love the product or service you represent, if you love how you spend your time, then you stand a great chance of making a success of your home based business. If you don't love it, however, you're going to burn out way before you see the light at the end of the tunnel. That's what happens to 95% of all the small home based business entrepreneurs on the Internet… they burn out.
Basically, you're looking to optimize your chances of online business success through your own diligence, commitment and love. These qualities are the ones that will put you over the top and make you feel great about your adventure in online marketing.

Video Poker: Why Do People Like It
Yesterday, I was having a pint at my local bar when I noticed a small guy in a dark suit. Sitting to the far-right corner of the bar and away from all of us, this short man was crouched over a glowing video poker screen. Huh?
It was just a few months back that casinos all over the world and especially in Las Vegas were removing poker, baccarat and blackjack tables and adding more and more slot machines instead. But then something peculiar took place. Casino owners and employees noticed that one corner of the machines was more crowded than the rest. A short examination revealed that the games allocated to the slot section was none other than video poker. So why are so many interested players preferring video poker?
Here, I will try and answer some of the more practical reasons why this has happened and will happen even more and more:
1) The Odds: While slot machines offer odds that are pretty difficult to win on (and by that I mean the real big bucks), video poker machines are much easier when it comes to accumulating a large sum because it is somewhat based (even though loosely) on poker. This makes each player think that it is based on his skill more than just on luck.
2) More Choice: By this I am not referring to the pick of different slot machines, but rather to the fact that you have the choice of selecting the row to play with it whereas in slots, you have no real control after you press the button or pull the lever. It is not a secret that the principle of both these two games is to try and hit the money jackpot whether it is by getting the appropriate numbers or symbols aligned or whether it is by getting a royal poker flush. To do this in video poker, you have to pick from a number of five-hand cards.
3) Sitting Out: When playing at a slot machine, you have to play each and every time. If you want to stop, you have to clear the machine so that someone else can get a try. But this is not the case when playing video poker. This game allows you to simply sit out a round or two and then continue whenever you feel like.
4) Higher Money Ratio: Because of the chance that you can sit out any round where your cards are not any good. You have a bigger chance making an overall profit out of the time you spent playing at the casino whether it is an online casino or a land one or even whether it is just a small machine in the local diner or bar or regional gas station.
5) It is also said in many video poker circles and plenty of other articles around the web that the statistics of hitting higher paying options while playing video poker are higher in comparison to playing video slot machines.
Conclusion:
Not withstanding all of the above reasons, the fact that poker is very popular and slot machines too only leads me to assume that a game combining the two will be greatly appreciated by any player of either of the two games but more so by those who enjoy the drone of the machine.

How to Plan a Great Vacation
Making sure your vacation goes according to plan is not difficult to do, but it does need to be planed carefully.
First you need to decide where to go, this year I have decided to go to Holland for my vacation. Once you have decided where you want to go on vacation you can start to plan the things you want to see and do. In Holland I am interested in the Van Gogh museum, the Rembrandt museum and the Casino.
I have always enjoyed casinos, so this is going to be my first chance to go to a casino in Europe, so how can I pass up the chance to play some European Roulette, and I have been practicing at an online casino, ok I have to admit I have also been "practicing" poker and blackjack, please don’t tell my wife.
After you have figure out where you want to go and what you want to do when you are there you can get a feel for where you want your hotel to be.
There are many different websites that offer the best prices on hotels, so make sure to check several of them before making a final decision. Most of these sites will offer pictures of the hotel facilities and the different rooms.
After looking at the hotels pick the top 3 and do a search on the internet for them. Try to find reviews from people that have stayed there before. The hotels site is always going to tell you how great the hotel is, but if someone were annoyed enough to trash a place or tell you how great it was, then you can be pretty sure they are telling you the truth.
The first hotel I was looking at for my Amsterdam trip said it was close to the center of the city, in a nice area, but reading reviews from former patrons told me the area was filled with drug addicts and homeless, and this is not really what I want to see on my vacation, so I found a much nicer location. It is a little farther from the city center but it is near the museums we want to go to, so by being closer to them we can get up early walk to the museums and spend the rest of the time walking around looking at the shops and attractions inside the city's center.
Now all that is left is packing the right clothes. Unless you are going to someplace where the weather is always a constant, make sure to pack clothes for both good and bad weather. My trip is in a week and the weather is expected to me mostly sunny and in the 50's but there is a chance of rain so I will be packing a coat for the rain, ad extra socks just in case.
If you are gong to be in Europe and plan to visit a casino you should know that in Europe casinos are more upscale then in the USA. They will not let you in wearing your shorts a T shirt and sandals, most casinos require men to wear a tie and jacket or a turtleneck.
It is also always helpful to buy a travel guide for where ever you are going. Besides having helpful recommendations for things to see and places to eat, many of them offer discounts for attractions.
Well the only thing left is to go and have a good time, I know I will.

Las Vegas: How to Ensure Your Vacation is Full of Adventure and Kicks
Las Vegas was for a long time the adults playground. Las Vegas was and is the gambling and drinking capitol of the world, and it was just about as Wild West as you could get in the twentieth century. But in the last 20 years Las Vegas has changed into a large amusement park for the whole family. There is such a wide variety of things to do inside and outside of Las Vegas apart from gambling, that it would be a shame to pass up the opportunity to see some of the beautiful sites around the area.
1) Think location. A hotel that is located directly on the strip will end up being much higher in price than a hotel just off the strip. Really, glamour is nice, but saving a couple of extra hundred dollars in the long run will allow you the opportunity to do some great things that had not been originally accounted for.
2) Outside of Las Vegas are some very nice deserts and mountains. Easy to get to and very close, it is nice to take a break from the gambling and partying to get out and visit a bit of nature. Finding a hotel that is close to the Strip but also close to all the nature reserves is a big bonus when you are not having a good time at the casino tables.
3) Las Vegas is huge, and continues to grow, so trying to visit an amusement park on the outskirts from the Strip, may tend to be a bit difficult, so try to aim to be a little farther from all the traffic if you are not just gambling and are doing other fun things.
4) When searching for a place to stay in Las Vegas, you will find that in just about any direction there will be hotels in which to stay, offering a drive of less than 10 minutes to the Strip plus there is free parking at most casinos on the Strip for when you are going to gamble.
5) Think Entertainment! Check out the available shows during the time you are in Vegas. If you are lucky, you might get to see some of the greatest entertainers such as Jay Leno, Edwin Murphy, Sting, Bon Jovi, Celine Dion, Jeniffer Lopez, Shakira, Madonna and many many more for just a few dollars. Sometimes, you might get a ticket dirt-cheap if you only look around and ask. Since Vegas is relatively small, its worth your while to check out not just the shows that your hotel (however grand it is!) is planning for its customers, but also to check out those offered by the rest of the hotels in Las Vegas.
These are just a few things to keep in mind when traveling to Las Vegas. If you are traveling with the family, you will want to remember that Las Vegas and Nevada offer excellent hotels and casinos as well as some of the most undisturbed wildlife and nature reserves and fantastic camping in the area.
If you wish to find out more about the casinos in Las Vegas or the entertainment and different adventures you could take part in, go to http://www.gambling-portal.com for detailed reviews, explanations and hot tips.

How To Start an Internet Business – The First Step
The vast majority of web sites are destined to fail before they are even built. Why? Because people building sites almost always put the cart before the horse. Actually, most don’t even include the horse.
Evolution of Your Site
New sites follow a typical evolutionary process.
1. The first stage involves slaving over the design of the site to get just the right look;
2. The second stage is the publication of the site;
3. Third comes the first thought about how to get traffic to the site;
4. Fourth, the discovery of pay-per-click options;
5. Fifth, the pursuit of PPC campaigns and realization of sales!;
6. Sixth, the “misery stage”, occurs with the realization that sales are being made at a loss!;
7. Frustration, frustration, frustration;
8. The “extinction stage” - With profitability seeming impossible, the PPC campaigns are closed and the site just sits there.
Does any of this sound familiar? You need not suffer this evolutionary extinction! Taking one step before you build a site can save you a lot of wasted time and money.
If You Build It, Will They Come?
The first step to developing a successful web site is keyword analysis. Keywords are the anchors of each page of your site, a collective summary of your products and services.
The first step to developing an online business is to identify whether there is sufficient traffic for your business product or service. Let’s look at a very simple example.
If your are selling boating products, each page of your site should incorporate boating-related keyword phrases. You must analyze whether there is a sufficient number of searches each month to make your boating site a viable entity. A free method for doing this is to use the Overture inventory tool:
http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
In our example, we would do a search for “boating” to see how many searches there are for the keyword as well as other boating-related keyword phrases. A quick search shows there were over 100,000 searches for “boating” and over 4,000 searches for “boating supply” in March 2005. These numbers suggest that there clearly is enough traffic to build a site selling boating products.
Alternatively, assume that we want to build a site promoting our hiking guide service in Nevada. If we do a search for “Nevada hiking” using the Overture inventory tool, we find that there are only 100 or so searches a month. Should we go ahead and build the site? Probably not. There simply isn’t enough interest to justify spending the time and money.
Unfortunately, we often talk with site owners that have spent significant amounts of money building a site only to find that there is little interest in their product or service. By performing keyword analysis, you can determine whether a site should be built before you spend the time, energy and money on it. There is little reason to build a site that has no chance of success.

How to install and use phpList
In this article I will explain how to install phpList and how to use this great PHP script. First, let's answer the question what is phpList good for. PhpList is free script written in PHP which can be used as a newsletter manager. With the double opt-in subscription system you can be sure that your subscribers are really interested in your newsletter.
Web hosting requirements for phpList:
Before you start the installation process, ensure that your web host support PHP and MySQL database and you have at least 10 MB free disk space (more space will be necessary when your newsletter will grow and more data will be stored in MySQL database). PHP version must be at least 4.3.x or higher and MySQL version must be 3.23 or higher. Developers recommend to run this script on Linux servers with Apache Webserver. They highly recommend to run phplist with "safe mode" in PHP off too.
How to install phpList:
Download the *.tgz or *.zip package from developers website. Unpack the archive files using WinZip, Total Commander or similar program. Then upload files in public_html folder to your web host. Edit the lists/config/config.php file and setup variables like Mysql database server (usually localhost), database name (if you have not created the database yet, you should do it through your web hosting control panel), database username and password. Other settings you should leave intact unless you are sure what are you doing. Then point your browser to http://www.yourdomain.com/lists/admin and follow the instructions on the screen. That is the last step, when done the installation should be finished.
Another and easier solution how to install this PHP script is to sign up for a quality web hosting service which offers pre-installed PHP scripts. Then easily go to your control panel, find the section with pre-installed scripts and select phpList. The installer will do all the job for you. All you need to do is to choose the script you want to install.
How to use phpList:
Login to admin interface and look at configuration functions. From this place you can setup e. g. mailing list url, how often you want to check for a new version, url where users can subscribe and unsubscribe etc. Then check out links under list and user functions. This is the section where you can see and manage current lists, users, eventually import or export users. Under administrator functions it is possible to add, edit or remove administrators and configure attributes for administrators.
The most important section is called message functions -- from this place you can send messages to your subscribers. You can choose between HTML format, plain text or combination of plain text and HTML, pick some of the templates, set up criteria (e. g. send email only to users that answered "yes" particular question when they signed up) and other options.
I hope the installation and settings will be easy for your. Anyway if you will have any problem you can visit developers website where is extensive documentation and forum.

Good Shopping Cart Scripts
You may be wondering what a shopping cart script is, could it be a script for a movie about shopping carts – not likely. Scripts track what a consumer chooses to buy from your online store. The scripts will track their choices all the way through to the checkout process. Often online consumers think that the shopping cart is a neat little icon that holds all their purchases until they are ready to checkout – just as they do in a real store but this is not the case. The shopping cart icon is used as the first part of the financial transaction. Then a gateway will send the information to the area where the customer will pay for the items that they have chosen. This process is completed through a secure connection.
The payment gateway will then send the requests, which have been processed thus far along with various other transfers throughout the financial networks as necessary. This includes the Internet merchant account that your bank has with the online store. When this is completed, the gateway will then send confirmation or denial to the shopping cart software. How do you know which shopping cart package is appropriate for your business? There are literally hundreds of packages to choose from, searching through them all can be time consuming as well as confusing, and then it may become more difficult to determine what is best for your online business.
Free or Premium Shopping Carts:
Before you begin to look at what is available make sure you have a clear idea of what it is you want the shopping cart to accomplish. Look at your online business and the products you are offering. If you are just beginning, you may not need all the fancy extras that come with a high-end shopping cart package. If that is the stage you are at in your business, you may want to consider a lower end package. However, remember, nothing is ever truly free is it? Always read the fine print and acknowledgments before you decide on anything.
Free e-Commerce Solutions:
Paypal is a great e-commerce solution. The services that Paypal offer have become quite popular among the Internet businesses. Paypal integrates the necessary shopping cart functions with the payment gateways and includes the merchant account. This is very convenient. The drawback is that your consumers are required to use Paypal and become Paypal account holders, this is not difficult because when they purchase your product they will automatically be taken to a page that will have them set up their Paypal account. The only cost to you is a small percentage that is taken out of each transaction and you pay no monthly fees for this service.

The Trend You Must Take Notice Of!
Have you noticed it already? What is the biggest change on the internet in the last five years? If you haven't already noticed it, it is the growth of audio and video on ordinary websites.
How often recently have you browsed onto a webpage and an audio track has started instantly? Until about a year ago it required an expensive studio setup to be able to stream audio across the web. Now there are free open source programs that will let you record straight to your hard drive. The quality is good enough, without any editing, to be used online. The piece of software that is used to create the streaming audio file is inexpensive enough for anyone. In fact members of my site have access to it included in the resources section.
Video is now taking the net by storm as well. Within the very near future you will begin to see the sort of "info-mercial" that currently appears on late night cable channels appearing on the web. New compression technology means that videos can be streamed within the web page, making them accessible to almost anyone with web access. At the other end of web video check out the "mobloggs" already appearing with video uploaded straight from mobile phones!
Recently the increase in the use of "Screen Capture" videos to demonstrate the way to use programs on your computer has been credited with the growth of a new type of surfer. The Non Reader.
The younger generation as a whole do not read books. Recent statistics in the UK show that over 60% of twenty year olds have not read a book in the last twelve months. 27% claim not to have even read a newspaper! American figures are probably not dissimillar. Yet most of these people are comfortable using computers, frequently for gaming. These are the people who would not read a web page. The Television generation. Yet these are the people that are surfing frequently on their mobile phones.
If you haven't heard of The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) you should take note. It is their strength that is driving the market. Through their work no one platform has gained the upper hand, so the speed of change is accellerating all the time, without being held back by competing standards.
Check out FoneBlog, the world's first and leading mobile blogging solution designed and built for the mobile operator with the focus to drive MMS revenue and build mobile communities. It allows users to instantly send and post content, including text, photos, audio and video from a camera phone to a personal website that can be set as a private location or shared with the world.
Imagine a generation that sets up as a matter of course personal websites running from their mobile phones. Multi media diaries that they can share with anyone or everyone.
If you cannot see that embracing the use of audio and video are essential to the continued growth of your web business then you are going to be like the president, chairman and founder of Digital Equipment Corp, Ken Olsen who famously said in 1977
"There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home."

Google Wants To Help You Succeed
All too often, we see Google pictured as the "evil" company who’s just out to get you, and to make your life miserable.
While at times it might seem that way, it's just not true.
No… Google is not going to come banging on your door to sit down next to you and help you design your website, but they do provide a wealth of traffic assistance for the webmaster who’s willing to look for it.
Take the Google sitemaps program for example.
Google wants to know about ALL your pages. When you consider the billions of webpages that are on the Internet now, that’s a daunting task. The way that they discover YOUR pages is by "spidering" your website. This is also called crawling. This is done through automated robots that will look through your website and follow the links to discover other pages. When it does, it puts those pages into a database, which they will use to ultimately decide which page will get listed and which one doesn’t.
If you make this process easy for them, they can reward you with much faster spidering of your website. This is especially advantageous if you have a large website.
Google has a program called their "sitemaps" program. What you do is place a specially formatted XML file on your computer that includes links to all of your web pages, and other information related to your website, such as how often you update your website and so on.
We’ve found that compiling the datafeed the way Google requires it can be a little bit intimidating.
There are programs available that will help you to do that.
When you’re building a website, it’s very easy to make a mistake in a link, especially when building a large site. This can be disastrous when Google comes around to view your website and it can hurt you tremendously. The better programs not only spider the site as Google would and builds your Google sitemap.xml file automatically, but if it encounters errors, it gives you an error log so that you can correct the errors BEFORE you submit your sitemap to Google.
This is VERY important. If Google tries to spider a site that has bad or missing links in it, then your chances of being listed in their search engine are VERY slim.
Google’s official website on this subject is at this URL: https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login you’ll find a good explanation of their sitemap program.
Google sitemaps should be a part of every webmaster’s website submission plan. It does not necessarily help with your search engine positioning or ranking, but it will help you to get all your pages spidered quickly, which is the first step to getting your pages listed in the search engines.

Get back to what you love and increase your bottom line with these time savers

Get back to what you love and increase your bottom line with these time savers
Word Count:

Summary:
You can fall in love all over again – with your business – and increase your bottom line at the same time. But in order to do that, you’re going to need to free up some time. Time-saving systems, customer relationship software and maybe even extra help around the office are all good bets. It’s worth it; getting back to basics and
It’s the same old story. You don’t spend as much time together as you used to. You’re trying to get that “loving feeling” back, but, as usual, you’ve got too much on your plate. There are leads to follow, faxes to send and business trips to plan. It doesn’t leave room for much else.
Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can fall in love all over again – with your business. And doing that means that you’ll be able to spend more time at what you’re really good at – which means you’ll also be making more money! And isn’t that the whole point? But in order to do that, you’re going to need to free up some time.
Here are a few tricks:
· Put systems in place to save you time. Even looking for passwords or addresses can eat up valuable hours. A system can be as simple as getting into the habit of always sending new customers a thank you note. To be certain the system will work, make sure you get in the habit of inputting new customers in your marketing database so your customer relationship (CRM) software program can remind you when to follow up next. You can also have your CRM program remind you to send incentives or thank yous for referrals.
· Don’t try to do it all. You went into business because you had a dream. So why are you still your own secretary? Thanks to cyberspace, a virtual assistant can help you clear your plate. Working from remote locations, virtual assistants provide small businesses and entrepreneurs secretarial support and office management. Unlike on-site employees, they take up no space, will work on a retainer and can do as little or as much as much as you need, from project planning to event and meeting coordination.
· Let software work harder so you don’t have to. You know that in order to keep the customers coming, you have be rock-solid in following those leads. So once you get those phone numbers organized, a good CRM program will remind you when you need to follow-up with customers. An even better one will send your emails and faxes according to prompts, leaving you more time to do what you love. When shopping for a CRM program, stick to companies that offer web-based software. According to the author of The CRM Handbook, Jill Dyche, web-based CRM software is more flexible, accessible and secure than PC-bound software, saving you not only time, but headaches and needless worry.
Getting back to basics and making a few changes allows you to spend more time increasing your bottom line and as a bonus, you might just get back that “loving feeling”!

Most of them have a lot to do with the internet search engines, because after all if you can figure out how they operate than you have 99% of the game figured out. Basically if you are selling something than you need buyers, and the portal that the buyers come to your sales page through is almost without exception the search engines. The higher your site's search rankings are the more people will come to your site and the more sales you will make.
Given the fact that most peoples pages are on a level playing field as far as desirability for the customer, it really is the search rankings that separate those who have to work another job because they are barely making enough to pay for hosting, and those who work very little and own several houses all over the world that they rotate through on a month to month basis. It's simple math really, the higher the rank the more customers, the more customers the more sales, the more sales the greater the profits, the greater the profits the more home that you own around the world.
So how do you achieve these valuable high search rankings? A great question and one that doesn't really have a good answer because no one really knows who. Why is that? Well thats because the search engines don't post a month-to-month bulletin that details the criteria they are using to grade topic relevancy. Why not? Well they don't because if they did people would exploit the system so that they could get high rankings (and therefore more traffic) even if their relevancy sucks. Well doesn't that happen anyway? Of course it does but it takes us all a lot longer to do it the guess-and-check way.
Anyway there are many different ways that people have found that help promote their site to the search engines in such a way as to get good search rankings. A lot of it has to do with keyword research, and diversity of page forms, amount of information, and the amount of information on related topics, and the number of links that the page has, and on and on. This is valuable knowledge and the guys that have it are willing to give it and the tools that they have made to automate these procedures away for a price. Let me tell you if you haven't been doing this for the last 10 years than you have no choice but to bite the bullet and purchase your knowledge. I will also tell you though that when you finally start to get it and understand the potential for income generation that you have you will be so glad you threw the cash down. It's out of this world baby!

The Six Things You Need To Make Money Online
The Internet is probably the most amazing opportunity the small business person has ever been given. You don't need a bank loan, big office rent, expensive equipment, and pricey employees.
Even though these things have been necessary to run even the smallest firm in the past, the Internet lets you LOOK and operate like you have all those things for just a few dollars.
Twenty years ago I would have dismissed that statement with a sarcastic, "yeah right!" But today, the Internet, along with automated web sites and outsourced teams of sales people and pro writers, have made owning a BIG business a very simple thing.
Here are the six things you need to really succeed with your own online business:
1. You need a web site. It's quite possible to make money without a web site, but the number of people doing that are getting fewer by the day. An attractive, hot selling web site will grab visitors and turn them into paying customers. A well-done, well-targeted web site can easily earn several hundred thousand dollars a year, even for the home-based entrepreneur.
2. Get automation working on your site. In the old days, we had to send an individual email to all our prospects. A simple task could take all day and half the evening. Now, advanced autoresponder systems can instantly email customized responses to anyone that asks for more information, or buys, or has bought in the past. This one feature can be a HUGE money-maker for you.
3. Don't just settle for ONE way to make money. Your site should offer SEVERAL products and/or services. Often you can combine products and services into packages that sell far faster and command a higher price.
4. Learn the power of RESIDUAL INCOME in your activities -- then USE IT! Residual income is when people join your organization, and YOU get a commission for everything they sell. You can get tens, hundreds, even thousands of people working under you. The cash will flow in on a regular, continuing basis like you never organization is super easy. Most business opportunities have full-featured systems that help you EASILY do this.
5. Have online ordering on your site where people can use a credit card, send a check, or pay via PayPal. This will give you at least 80% more and bigger sales.
6. Sell an information product. Reports, books, ebooks, and CDs are what the Internet is all about. Information always has been and always will be KING on the Net. Get a great information product, sell it, sell republishing rights to others, and watch that cash flow in.
Keep these six simple points in mind when building your online business. They can give you a mighty head start on your path to profits.

The Zen Of Local Internet Promotion
The Internet is very much an extension of your efforts to promote and brand yourself on a local level. You should not look at your Internet marketing campaign as something separate from your local marketing. It should connect to it and enhance it.
Local print advertising space and media time are very expensive. You most likely don't have time to give complete descriptions of everything you can do or every product you sell. But if you can use that media to drive traffic to your web site, then you can provide them with a wealth of information. If you have a professional looking web site and use strong sales copy, you have a good shot at closing a sale. Think of your web site as your best salesman, who will take orders 24 hours a day...and who works for free.
The Internet is definitely the new Yellow Pages. It is increasingly the way people find what they need. It's the way people conduct research on local businesses with whom they are considering doing business. You need to be represented. If you don't stake your claim online and take steps to capture traffic looking for your products or services, your competition will.
Take it seriously. Get a web site up. But then take it a step further. Populate geo coordinate meta tages on your site so that people can generate directions and maps to your location. I can personally attest to doing business at particular retail locations simply because they were the only ones for which I could generate directions.
Optimize your site for the search engines. Ideally, you will discuss optimization issues with the designer of your site before your site is built. But however you have to do it, get your site optimized for the right traffic for your business.
Write articles. You've heard all this before - but that's because the classic self-promotion techniques like writing articles and books to establish credibility work. But still today, most people are too unmotivated or too unorganized to do these things. You can stand out in your field, and use the product of that action to create online promotional material. For example, you could publish a newsletter for your clients and others. You could then publish the newsletter articles to article directories online and use them to drive traffic to your site.
Look for symbiotic ways to join your online and offline marketing efforts. Give patrons to retail locations a reason to leave their email address. Encourage prospects to visit your web site and join your email newsletter for free, valuable information.
Think creatively. Implement aggressively. Measure results. And be systematic.

Page Generator Or Page Cloaking? Is There A Difference?
There are many, many SEO techniques out there today. A lot has changed in the last 10 years. One thing that has not changed is the willingness of webmasters or so called "SEO specialists, to try to trick search engines.
It's only natural that when a challenge is placed in front of some, they must overcome that challenge. The challenge here is how to get to the top of the search engine with your keyword. Most search engines have put methods in place to give the most relevant answer to your search query. So, it's not fair if you use that against them. For example, you have a websites selling "wonder soap" but you use keywords like "paris hilton." All just to get that traffic search to your website. Maybe someone will buy it anyway.
Well, the search engines & me & you don't think that's fair. I want whatever search I've asked for to give me the most relevant websites that might have an answer for me. Because, keep in mind, I'm searching for other websites through a Website. A search engine website. I want to save time, not find 2 million irrelevant results.
So, you see the challenges. It becomes a cycle of sorts. Hence, the creation of the SEO specialist & firms. A whole new industry forms.
True SEO is making sure your website follows basic logical parameters. BE RELEVANT.
Tools that are questionable are Page generators & Cloaking software.
Page generators do just that, make web pages. Lot's of them. Early generators made lot's of the same pages just to have bulky websites. They had the same content over & over again. Generators today work much better. They have relevant content. Lot's of different content. Lot's & lot's of keywords. And they all point to your main page.
Page cloaking software makes webpages invisible to people but not to search engines. There are lot's keyword pages with very little content and are meant to trick the search engines into thinking you have more relevant webpages than you actually have.
Cloaking is frowned upon by search engines. If you read the fine print on Yahoo, etc. you'll find it's all there in black & white.
Page generators, however, walk a fine line. They can be used abusively or used as a time saver. An ethical SEO specialist will use this software to create RELEVANT, CONTENT RICH, web pages. A reasonable amount. Not thousands of irrelvant keyword pages just pointing to your main web site.
So, is there a difference. Yes. But, more importantly, there is is the difference in how the are used.
Be wise. Go for the long term, ethical success. Stick with the organic, logical, ethical, fair, & practical methods.

How to Start your own Article Directory
Are you tired of reading how to write and submit articles to a directory? Would you like to have your own article directory? Well this
article is for you.
There's a few things to consider before putting an article directory together. Do you want to make a niche directory catering to only certain subjects or do you want to cover every topic under the moon? This is where our first requirement comes into play.
Deciding on a domain name. If you’re going for the niche directory you're going to want to possibly include the niche in the name of the directory.
Let's say you're into cars, then you would want your domain to be something like articlesaboutcarsthatgoreallyfast.*** or cartopicsthatiknowabout.*** or something like that. These are just examples I'm using to illustrate the use of names. You probably would not want a domain name that long. If your going for the catch all you can use something with article in it, like articlesabouteverythingimaginable.*** Again just illistration purposes. The domain name you choose doesn't have to have the word article in it, mine doesn't. There are resources on the Internet which allow you to plug in keywords and it will spit out possible domain names from your keywords.
Now it's time to look into getting a web host. I know there are literally thousands of web hosts out there and the decision can be daunting. Here
are a few things you want to look for in a web host.
* Able to host multiple domains under one account
* Plenty of storage space
* Plenty of monthly transfer
* Able to have multiple email addresses
* Able to have multiple MySql databases
* Customer service available through web, email, or phone
Search the Internet for web host reviews for more information. There are plenty of resources with ranking systems for web hosts. You could also email some web site owners to see who they use and if they are happy with them.
Next the software to run our directory. I use Article Dashboard. Article Dashboard is free software to run your own directory. I'm not saying this is the only software out there, I'm just saying that it's great and free, you can't beat that!
After following the directions for installing the directory it's time to get some articles. Lots of article directories allow use of their articles as long as you keep all links the same and give credit where it's due. Just check each site's policy for exact rules relating to the use of their content. Another way is to read articles and contact the original author and invite them to write and send articles to your site. You can also sign up for sites that "push out articles" to you. This is a great way to get lots of articles quickly but it is also a good idea to get some original content.
Well this is about all for now, please visit my site for more information, free articles and Cajun Info. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Persist in the Right Way to Succeed in your Online Home Business
Persistence is one of the most important characteristics of a Business Entrepreneur. Without it, failures will follows. This happens to every business entrepreneur including me.
When you start your own online business, you often get frustrated when you cannot get the desired results that you want. When you checked your web log, not enough website traffics is coming. You have try lots of promotion methods: banner impression, guarantee clicks, exchange links, search engines optimization and many others ways but traffics is not coming as quickly as you want.
That's the problems many online entrepreneur is facing. Quick Results. They want to make money quickly and get frustrated and give up their online business when they cannot see the money coming in FAST. Many forgot how they managed to land into their FIRST job.
We forgot the vast amount of time and money our parents have invested on us on our education before we can eventually land on the desired job that we want. Try counting back in time the number of years you spend on education before ending up on your present job. Don't forget to include those time you spend searching for your job, writing resume and attending interviews.
Likewise, every business take time to build and grow. Your persistence will bear results sooner or later if you continue to persist in the RIGHT WAY. You just have to keep moving FORWARD even if you cannot see the result now.
It is good to invest on a little paper notebook to record what you have done for your online business. Analyze your written log OFFLINE and think about what are the methods that are working and strike out those that are not. Many people never realize that it is better to analyze your problems away from your work desk to allow new ideas to pop out of your mind.
Go for a jog, a swim, a walk around the park, look at the fishes in the pond, visit the zoo just take a break from your normal routines. Have you ever encounter situation where your problems was immediately solved the next day after having a good
night sleep.
Sometimes your online promotion might be working but it takes time for the search engine to rank your site, index your contents, count the number of incoming links to your site etc. Don't forget that there are billions of website the search engine database is handling and it will take time before you can see any real results.
Therefore, never stop feeding your website with new contents. Your body need to eat daily so does your website. At least, try to feed your website weekly. Why Open an Online Now?
The USA has banned online gambling. Or has it? Reading the Post Authority Law, I have found that what they have banned is financial transactions between US financial organizations and online casinos. Why? They cannot ban online casinos because these are not under their jurisdiction. So, have online casinos complied? Some. The large ones have such as Party Gaming and 888, but an American player can still play.
So what does that tell us?
That gambling is at an all time high in the US and across the world. People like to play games for cash because they love the adrenalin rush they get when they bet money on the outcome of a game. A law, that refuses to acknowledge this is doomed to fail just like a law disallowing people from crossing the road when the signal light is red.
What About the Online Casinos?
Some, like Golden Casino, use a different name as their financial entity and ,thus, effectively bypass the US law. It pretty much works like this: the online casino does not allow US players but they leave it up to the players to stop playing. In other words, they do accept them, but are legally not liable for them.
So Why Should You Open an Online Casino NOW?
The US is bubbling with online players anxious to find somewhere or some casino that will accept their cash and allow them to play there. You can take advantage of this gap and this urge and place your casino in that location. Mind you, this is not unique and many online casinos are trying to think of ways to serve the US crowd, but it still is a budding industry because the big players like Playtech and BetonSports have left. Why not get in there and take up that gap?
Lets discuss this in financial terms. People are looking for this product and are scouring the city to find it. Why not open an online casino and offer them what they want? The initial costs are high, but the return on your investment will more than justify spending such large sums on purchasing the software. Note that running an online casino is not that difficult once you have bought the relevant software. Then, you have to spend on marketing this product. Use the relevant internet sites, and voile, players will start dropping in at an alarming rate.
Another reason to buy or open an online casino is that the law will take a while to take effect. This means that people can still play at casinos without any fear of prosecution. So why not take a plunge?
How Can I Open An Online Casino?
Contact one of the many software companies dealing with gaming such as MicroGaming, OddsOn and many others and ask. Some of these will even allow you to use their services such as customer and technical services while you just sit back and watch the money grow in your account. Is that something or not?
Conclusion:
Opening or buying an online casino now is still if not more profitable than before. But do not take my word for it alone. Look up google or yahoo and research this for yourself. You will be surprised at the number of new casinos coming up. Join this rush for cash too or be left behind.

When And How To Withdraw Your Ebay Bid
eBay are a little strict about letting you withdraw your bid. They call it a ‘bid retraction’, and have a stringent set of conditions that you must meet before you are allowed to do it. Here are eBay’s three acceptable reasons for withdrawing a bid.
You made a typographical error: This means that you accidentally typed the wrong amount into the bid box, bidding a far higher price than you meant to. This can be scary: imagine bidding $100 and accidentally adding an extra ‘0’! You are entirely allowed to withdraw your bid in this situation, and bid again if you want to.
The item’s description changed: If you bid on something and then the seller updates the description, you have the right to withdraw your bid. It wouldn’t be fair, after all, to force you to take something that you now realise you don’t want.
The seller is uncontactable: If emails to the seller bounce and they don’t answer their phone, then the auction obviously can’t continue, and you can cancel it.
So How Do I Retract My Bid?
eBay hide away the bid retraction form a bit, because they don’t like people using it. You can find it by going here: http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow.
Now all you need is the item number from your auction: this can be found on the item description page’s top right corner. If you can’t see it on the page, look in your browser’s title bar, and in any emails eBay have sent you about your bid on the item. Choose one of the three allowed reasons, click ‘retract bid’, and you’re done.
Are There Any Consequences?
Well yes, there are. The more unethical among you might have considered that you could just cancel bids anytime you feel like it by saying that you accidentally entered the wrong amount. eBay are one step ahead of you. Each time you retract a bid, it is counted on your feedback page for all to see – and anyone with a lot of retracted bids looks more than a little dodgy. eBay also say that abusing the bid retraction feature could get you banned.
So is there a way to retract your bid without facing a penalty? There is if your seller is nice, and most are. Sellers can cancel bids on their auctions at any time, and if you email them with a half-decent excuse then most will be more than happy to do this for you. After all, it’s not in their interest for their item to go to someone who won’t like it, as you might leave negative feedback.
Of course, retracting your bid should still be a rare thing: you won’t win auctions that way! If you’ve followed us this far, the chances are you’ve won an auction by now, or you’re close – but you might be a little puzzled about what to do next. Our next email will give you a few pointers.

Search Engine Marketing - Gaining Exposure Through Sponsored Ads
No matter how great your products or how well-designed your website, if no one ever sees them, you’ll never sell anything. You have to let people know you’re there. According to Boris Mordkovich of http://AdWatcher.com, “Search engine marketing is a way to expose your business to thousands of people who are searching for your products and services.”
One of the main types of search engine marketing is pay-per-click advertising. Internet users search for items using keywords and phrases, so you bid on which keywords you want your business’ ads to show up for. When someone clicks on your ad, they’re redirected to your website, and you pay the search engine company a nominal fee.
Position Yourself for Profit
In most search engines, the highest bidder receives the top spot, so you can control where you want your ad to appear. Your goal is to be in the top three spots because the main search engines distribute those ads to their hundreds of thousands of partners. Though the number one spot gets the most traffic, you may want to go after the second or third position—research has shown they have higher conversion rates. Because buyers want options, they’re not necessarily ready to commit to the first ad they check out, but they may be ready by the time they reach the second or third one down.
3 Ways to Maximize Your Ad Campaign
You can take some simple steps to get the most out of your advertisements:
• Get Help Managing Your Bids. Keeping up with daily changing bid prices, especially when you have numerous keywords, can be a daunting task. Google and Yahoo both have software programs to help you manage your bids, as does http://KeywordBidMaximizer.com. These programs can close bid gaps or adjust your bids automatically if a bidding war starts. They have a number of algorithms you can use to set the parameters of your bids.
• Promote Your Product on Related Websites. The major search engines offer programs, such as Google’s AdSense, that let you advertise on websites pertinent to your product. These sites display your ads, and charge you a set fee every time their traffic clicks through to your store. You should monitor your performance results, however—traffic coming from informational sites may not convert as well as traffic searching for your specific product.
• Target Your Ads. For keyword you bid on, write a separate ad, with copy focused around that word. Each ad should take the customer to the landing page that sells their particular item of interest, rather than redirecting them to your website’s homepage. Says Mordkovich, “It’s definitely more work in the short-term, but it will yield much better results.”

Party Jokes: Startling But Unnecessary
Here, I focus on a range of items and features that we use in life without giving them a second thought such as Coca Cola, body muscles and holding ones own breath. Though, most of these notes are not fundamentally necessary, they are such that you can use them for a good laugh, at a drinks party or for picking up women or men.
1) Coca-Cola: Did you know that its original colour was green?
2) Mohammed: Did you know that this is the most used name in the entire world?
3) Geographical Letters: Did you know that the name of each of the continents begins and concludes with the exact same alphabet? Do not believe that? Look up Asia, Europe, Africa, America, Antarctica and the rest.
4) Muscle Strength: Did you know that the strongest muscle in the entire body is that one which we use to lick a popsicle? Your tongue.
5) Credit Cards: In the United States, were you aware that each and every person has at least two credit cards?

9) Licking: However much you may try, you will never be able to lick your elbows.
10) Sneeze: Try sneezing. People will automatically answer you with a bless you greeting. Have you ever imagined why? Some say that this happens because a sneeze stops the functioning of the heart for a very tiny second.

12) Twisting Your Tongue: We have all dabbled with different tongue-twisters in our day. But do you know which is the toughest? Sixth sick sheiks sixth sheeps sick.
13) Ribs: Did you know that you should try not to sneeze too strongly. Why? A very powerful sneeze has the ability to cause a fracture in your ribcage. But, then again, if you try and withhold one, you stand the chance of breaking one of the many blood vessels in your neck or head. This could cause death.
14) Cards: Did you think that the Kings are all just random cards referring to random figures? No. Each one signifies a different king: Diamonds for Julius Caesar, Clubs for Alexander the Great, Spades for David and Hearts for Charlemagne.
15) And finally: Most everyone reading this (Caught You!) are trying to lick their elbows at this exact moment!
Conclusion: Most of these are not scientific facts, but they are hilarious, funny and can be used to lighten up the ambience when a conversation has gone dull. Use any and see your popularity rise up to great heights. Visit http://www.gambling-portal.com for more jokes.

What Games Should I Play?
Choosing the right casino game to play is very important. A novice gambler should not be playing games of skill such as blackjack and poker, and needs to be informed of what the other games have to offer.
Slot Machines, in the days of the Wild West Slot Machines were known as one arm bandits because you could sit there all day putting in coins and pulling that handle without ever getting a win and the same is true today. Today's slot machines have more ways to win, so you probably will not go all day winning nothing but other then some small five dollar or less wins you probably won't do to well on the slot machines. If you insist this is the game for you try to remember that the more the machine is the better the odds of you getting a bigger win.
Roulette, this is a good game for the beginner with just a little bit of knowledge you can play roulette because it requires no real skill or experience. The only thing you need to know are the procedures to playing in a casino, and the different bets you can make. All of these things can be learned by just watching the table for a few spins of the wheel before placing any bets. By sticking to what is called betting the outside of the table you can give yourself odds as low and 1 in 5 of being able to double your money. Unless you have the money to risk it is not a good idea to bet the inside of the table, the odds are bad but if you do win it can be up to a 37 to 1 payoff.
Keno, this is a game that older people and people with little money enjoy. Keno is basically playing a lottery that has a drawing every 5 minutes. The object is to guess which numbers the computer is going to select. Depending on how many numbers you get right and how much you paid for the game winning can pay up to 1 million dollars.
Craps, even though Roulette may be easier to play for a novice player, it offers the best odds for the player in the casino. To most people who have never played craps before it can seem like a very difficult game, but after watching a few rounds of the game for a bit you will quickly pick up on how to bet, and most players say of all the most <a href="http://www.online-casinos-707.net/casino-games.html">Popular Casino Games</a> craps is much easier to win larger sums of money in the casino.
Poker an Blackjack are two games that should be avoided by beginner gamblers, the games rely on more skill then luck, and by not knowing the game you will also be messing up the other players who know what they are doing, and they are counting on the fact that if you sit down at the table with them that you know what to do.
If it is these games that interest you then before you go to the casino spend some time learning the game and playing as many hands either in an online casino practice room or you can download one of the many programs available on the internet.

Put Muscle Behind Your Web Site With Web Analytics
Your business has a web site. You were careful in selecting a designer who understood how crucial your site is to your marketing strategy, and who had the skills to integrate and present your content in a way that fulfills that strategy. It's well designed and optimized. Now you can just sit back and wait for the profits to roll in right? Wrong!
A well designed web site is just the beginning. A good marketing strategy never stops improving, and your web site is a vital marketing tool. How do you improve its effectiveness in bringing in more and more leads and turning higher and higher percentages of those leads into conversions?
You do this by understanding everything you can about the people who visit your site. How did the visitor find your site? Did they find you from a link pointing to your site, a search engine? What keywords did they use for that search? How long did that visitor stay at your site? What did they look at? What didn't they look at? How far into a payment process did they get before they abandoned the purchase? What prevented them from becoming a customer?
Knowing the answers to questions like these is extremely important in order for you to refine your web site. You want to to use more of what is working for you and get rid of content that doesn't work for you. It will also keep your site up to date in an ever changing marketplace. Now how do you get this information?
The answer is 'web analytics'. Web analytics gathers information about what visitors do when they are at your web site, and then organizes that data into reports you can customize to suit your needs. Analytics can either be hosted online by a provider of the service or can be purchased as a program that you own and manage. There are many different venders of web analytic services.
Analytics packages can be hosted for as low as $30 per month and this price goes up as the amount of data tracking increases. Programs, on the other hand, will vary in cost from free trial versions with very few features, to costing thousands of dollars for complete, full spectrum tracking. Knowing what you need to know about your visitors, will help you decide the level of tracking features you need to get the most out of your web site.
It is important to look at the information gathered in these reports, at the very least, on a weekly basis, and to make changes to your web site based on this information. Trust the data, not your expectations of what your potential customers want. Web analytics is a powerful marketing weapon and sets apart those who are serious about having a web site that significantly enhances their business, from those who are not.

4. After the Pre-Flop round is over the dealer will remove the top card from the deck and discard it, this is called the Burn Card. This is done to make sure that no cheating is done. The dealer will then turn over 3 cards in the center of the table. This round is called the Flop. Any player may use any of these cards to make the best 5 card hand possible, but you are not allowed to actually touch the cards, each player can use the same cards if it help them, this is why your hole cards are so important.
5. As with the pre-flop there is now another round of betting, it is at this point you will start to see players folding.
6. After the betting is over, the dealer will burn another card, then deal the fourth of the communal cards. This card is called the Turn card
7. Again another round of betting begins and now is when you will start to see the size of the pot really grow.

Million Dollar Homepage; Fad Or Fiction
Over the last month a new website created by 21 year old student (Alex Tew) has had a phenomenal impact on the internet advertising world. You may have heard of milliondollarhomepage.com. If not, it is a very simple concept for online advertising. Advertisers can buy pixels on the homepage for $1 a pixel. The minimum order is 100 pixels and with this the advertiser gets a small image that links from the Milliondollarhomepage to the advertiser’s site.
Now this alone isn’t what made the site successful. Granted it’s a unique twist on internet advertising, but lets be honest it’s hardly remarkable. People have been selling spaces for banners on websites for years. For this site to be successful it needed one key ingredient, and that is traffic. Hundreds of thousands of people needed to visit this site to give the advertisers value for money.
So the young student who came up with the idea submitted a press release, and sold a story like any good marketer would. How he was only 21 and came up with this simple website to pay his way through university. Fortunately for him the worlds press found his release and published it, as it was a good story. This meant more people visited the site, and the website traffic increased. In turn more journalists picked up on the story and published it. The result was a viral explosion in traffic which meant many people bought advertising space and it is fair to say the site has been highly successful.
So is this the new advertising medium of the internet? I am afraid this author doesn’t believe so. Once the hype starts to die down, and the story is no longer new, the press will begin to publish fewer articles on it, and less people will visit the site. This in turn will lead to even fewer articles being published in the worlds press, leading to even fewer visitors. This cycle will continue and what originally made this website successful (viral marketing) will ultimately lead to its death.
What can internet marketers learn from this? The best way to promote any new internet venture is to make an interesting story about it, submit articles and press releases, and if the story is good enough, watch the viral explosion in visitors.
Of course for long term growth the new site or service has to be good enough to provide value to visitors, and not just a fad that captures people’s short term interest. I wish Alex Tew all the best, but I think he too will accept that this is not a long term business that can go anywhere from here.

Paid Internet Surveys – What are they?
Paid internet surveys are very much like any other survey you might fill out. The only difference is that you do it online, while you are getting paid for it, as the name suggests. Just like any normal offline survey, paid internet surveys can be on many different topics and cover a wide range of different questions.
When you are completing paid internet surveys, just answer honestly as this is the whole idea of completing a survey which purpose is to get a true representation of what the consumer actually wants.
What types of paid internet surveys are available? There are many different types of surveys you can choose from, and each one will have its own benefit. For example, some of them are very short; they may take only 15 minutes of your time. You can earn around $20 for just completing that survey. Some paid internet surveys that are over an hour long and pay a lot more, around $60.
Paid internet surveys are not just limited to the standard question and answer format either. Some of them may actually be a focus group, or participating in an online discussion or product feedback discussion. These types can go for between one and two hours but also pay between $100 and $200 for completion.
In addition, there are many types of payments and variations that can be accepted by companies that offer paid internet surveys. The most popular type of payment is PayPal (an online electronic payment facility) which is widely recognized and very stable. It is usually the preferred payment method for people working online and especially for getting money from paid internet survey companies.
Another form of payment is a check. This is the least preferred method as it consumes a lot of resources and costs a bit more to process. E-Gold is also another online electronic payment currency that is very popular but PayPal is more widely recognized.
If you were dedicated to doing a lot of paid internet surveys then my recommendation would be to open a PayPal account as they are very easy to deal with and allow you to have payments instantly.
One thing to remember when looking for paid internet survey companies is to always go with the bigger companies and make sure you do your research before you join any sites.
If you pick the wrong site or go with the wrong company then you may not receive the money you deserve for completing the surveys. So make sure you do your homework and when you find a good company, stick with it. They will usually provide you with many paid internet surveys. Then, hopefully, you can make a nice little income on the side for a long time.
Feel free to visit all of my sites or book mark one Paid Surveys and Surveys

How to bet on the SuperBowl
Since the SuperBowl is the last game of the season you have an advantage that you do not have during the beginning of the season.
With 2 weeks to go till the SuperBowl we know that the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Bears will be the ones representing their divisions in the biggest game of the year.
Many people like to bet on sports to make them more exciting, and the SuperBowl is no exception. It is common for many offices to have a SuperBowl Pool, and it is very common for friends to bet on the outcome of the game with each other, it just increases the fun of watching the game, but how do you know who to bet your money on?
There is no guaranteed way to know who will win without cheating, but comparing the states can help in making an informed decision.
There are many things to take into account:
Some teams have a great passing game; some teams are strongest on the run, so you have to look at whom are they playing and what is there defense best against. If you have a team that has a great running back, and the defense is weak against the run then that is a definite advantage to the team that likes to run the football.
The location of the game is also important the SuperBowl is always played in a Domed stadium so the weather is not usually a major factor in the SuperBowl but, if the stadium has Astroturf as apposed to real grass then that can effect a team, lets say one team has turf in their home stadium and he other team has grass, then this can be an advantage to the team who has turf.
The physical and mental state of the players must also be taken into account before placing a bet on the SuperBowl or any sporting event. Come the playoffs many teams have players on the injured list, but many players will try to come back for the playoffs to help their team, but often this backfires because they may not be playing at 100% and can re-injure themselves so that they are playing hurt during the big game. This means they will not be playing at their best, and this gives an advantage to the opposite team.
The mental state of the players can affect a players even more then an injury can. If a player is playing hurt he still has his head in the game, but a player with marriage or financial problems is not concentrating on the game, they may be thinking of their own problems. This can cause a player to drop balls or make stupid mistakes.
After researching all these issues you will start to form a picture in your head of who is the better team going into the SuperBowl, and this will allow you to make an educated guess as to who will win. Remember this guide will only help improve your odds of winning they are not a guarantee that you will pick all the winners.

The third step which is the stepping stone in the success of your business is Content. People are surfing the websites for the purpose of information not for pretty pictures or games. Your website should offer the visitors what they are looking for. If you provide their desired information then they not only visit your site but also recommend it to friends and relatives and connect well with your business.
The fourth step which is between you and your success is a professional web design. In many cases, customers are introduced to the organization through website, which in case is like a personality of a company. If your site is not professionally designed and managed then it means you are re-directing your visitor to your competitor’s site. Therefore, always try to make the first encounter positive with professional web design.

Design your website in such a way that people can easily find your website thorough search engine as more than 80% users find their site through search engines. Web Business Overview – Have a Plan
So you've decided you'd like to go into business on the web, eh? This article will give an overview of options that are available for your web business and will help to give you an idea of what goals should be set for your project.
After deciding to be a web entrepreneur, the next step is to create a business plan. Business plans are as essential to a web entrepreneur as blueprints are to a construction worker. To build a business most efficiently, you must first be an architect and plan how you would like your business to look, what it will do and how your goals will be accomplished.
There are many ways a person can go about making money with the Internet. Options include selling products as a wholesaler or retailer, selling services, promoting products or services as an affiliate partner, selling advertising, selling email or demographic information, selling subscriptions to sites and any number of other ways and combinations of money making ideas.
A good business plan will include details on the service or products you will be offering, growth goals for your new business, projected expenses and losses, employee projections, and any other information you will need to clearly outline your successful business. Though there are many approaches to the actual construction of a business plan, a month by month or quarter by quarter analysis is common.
For example, if your online business will be selling widgets, you may want to go through, month by month and estimate the total number of widgets you will sell, the cost of selling these widgets, expenditures on marketing, hosting and overhead, and any other foreseeable factors you can think of. If within six months you want to begin selling skyhooks as well as widgets, this should also be accounted for in your business plan.
Before moving on to our next topic, it is important to remember that business plans are constantly changing. Some of your projections will be difficult to make accurately, so do the best you can with the information at hand. As more data becomes available through research and experience you will be able to make revisions to your business plan. I am of the belief that it is generally a good idea to make profit projections on the low end to start with. If you believe you can sell between 10 and 100 widgets your first month, it is better to plan to sell only 10, and be pleasantly surprised when you sell 55, rather than to plan for 100 and fall short of goals that have become unrealistic yet necessary for the survival of your business.
After you have a good plan for your business, the next step will be to research your business. But that’s a subject for the next article.
