Getting Quality One Way Links For Free
As you probably know, building your link popularity is the best way to get good search engine placement and free traffic for life for your websites. A lot of people have trouble with this, so I decided to make a small list with the methods I use to get tons of quality one way links to my sites.
1. The first and best way to do this is to write articles related to your site. Now this technique may not be new to many of you out there but I can assure you that a lot of people don’t know how to take advantage of this great opportunity. Your articles should be somewhere between 300 – 500 words with your resource box attached at the end. This should contain a small 3rd person description of yourself, something like: “John Doe is a well respected senior writer and owner of the site http://.....”
After you have your article written all you need to do is go to http://www.google.com and do a search for “article directory”. At the time of this writing there are 374.000.000 results for this search. You should send your articles to as many article directories as possible. The more you send the more traffic you get. The more traffic you make, the more sales you have. The more sales you have, the more money you make. Get the picture? Consider sending your articles to the first 2 pages of results on your first day, then do the next 2 pages the following day, and so on.
2. After you start writing articles, you should start a blog about your business and make regular posts to it. You can start one here: http://www.wordpress.com After each post go to http://www.pingomatic.com or http://www.pingoat.com and ping your blog so that it will be picked up by the search engines. If you make constant posts to it, then the search engine spiders will know to regularly come back to your site.
After you have your blog, you can go to http://www.google.com and do a search for “blog directory”. At the time of this writing there are 224.000.000 results for this search so this should keep you busy for a while. Use the same strategy as for the articles and send your blog to the first 2 pages the first day, then the next 2 pages and so on…You should stop only after you send your blog to at least 100 directories. It may take some time, but the traffic will be worth it.
3. Another good way to get one way links to your sites is to post comments on other people’s blogs. Again, use Google to do a search for “ (your business) blog ”. Then do comments on the high PR blogs, as you can attach a link back to your site under your comment.
4. Give testimonials to programs you have bought or liked and include an active link back to your site. Don’t just write a 2-3 line testimonial because it probably won’t get picked for the home page. Instead, try writing an interesting useful one, not too long, but not too short either and you’ll have a bigger shot.
5. Try making posts on forums regularly. The best way to get noticed out there is to help others, as they will appreciate and trust you and your recommendations. You can have a sig file with your link back to your site after every post you make. The more posts, the more exposure for you and your business.
So these are the top ways of getting free one way links back to your sites. Use this info wisely and your business will flourish.

Placement of Adsense Ads – Location, Location, Location
Once you have made the decision to use Google Adsense, you need to consider where to place the ads on your pages. Much like real estate, it is all about location, location, location.
Placement of Adsense Ads – Location, Location, Location
First off, you will not make $500,000 a year with Google Adsense if you have one site with 30 pages and 30 people visiting it a day. The people offering eBooks and memberships to that end are full of…stuff. Google Adsense is a program that produces over time or if you have a lot of visitors or sites. Now that I have burst your bubble, let me offer some advice on ways to do well with Google Adsense.
The single most critical step to making money with Adsense is the location of the ads. Most people put them down the right column or up at the top. This approach is dead wrong because of something known as ad blindness. Ad blindness occurs when you look at the same format over and over. In the case of the net, most people unconsciously filter out the ads on the top, right column and bottom of a page. After looking at hundreds of sites and results on search engines, they know those listings are advertisements. You, my friend, must avoid ad blindness.
The best way to get past ad blindness is to put the ads in unexpected places. In this case, you want to place them between the paragraphs of text on your site. Few sites due this, which is pretty surprising. This placement is perfect for maximizing clicks because it is in the natural flow of the text. Readers will inevitably read the text ads and click anything they might be interested in. This conclusion is also supported by the fact that people do not read the entire article or page on a site. They usually only make it through 50 to 80 percent because they find out what they want. If you place ads at the bottom of the page, they are never going to see them.
The second biggest issue is the type and color of the ads. First, try to stick to text link ads whenever possible. Nobody clicks banners because they are worried about getting caught in popup hell. As to color, some believe your ads should stand out while others believe they should blend in. Personally, I am with the blend in group. I try to make my ads blend into the overall color of the site and it seems to work fairly well.
Adding Adsense to your site is simple, but should be done with some thought. Avoid the top, bottom and right column of the pages. Try to place the java script in between paragraphs of text and experiment with different colors to see how it does. Ultimately, you will find a solution that returns solid click thru rates and generates revenues month after month, year after year.

Reciprocal Link Exchange Strategy
A good link exchange strategy is not about how many link exchanges you can make and how quickly you can make them.
It's all about picking and choosing quality exchanges in order to.
1. Help increase traffic to your site
2. Help more of your directory pages get listed in search engines
3. Increase the Page Rank of your website.
When I'm asked what's the best affordable method to get a website noticed, I recommend Reciprocal Link Exchanges.
I compare a good Link Exchange Strategy to that of Sowing and growing seeds.
Prepare the soil, plant the seeds, provide nutrients to grow, maintain daily, and watch them grow.
- Prepare the soil.
Your website must first be ready to market, do not initiate a link exchange with your site under construction. Ensure it is ready for visitors before you begin to request link exchanges.
-Plant the seeds
Have an organized directory setup, linked from your main page, accessible to search engines and easy for your link partners to find. Remember quality link exchange is mutually beneficial, ensure you maintain the True Reciprocal Link principals in place when requesting and exchanging links.
-Water the seedlings
Surf the net, in search for quality sites to exchange links with. Quality Counts, I will exchange links with a new quality content site with PR 0 but not with a that is just loaded with unnecessary links affiliate links and a PR4. Quality Counts, in the long run that site that is maintaining their website, will increase their PR, and depending on how their rank their link exchanges, you have a good chance to be on a page with a good PR. So never prejudge the potential of a new site.
-Maintain Daily
Spend a little time each day to exchange a link or two. It's not about how many link exchanges you can make and how quickly you can build your directory. It's about selecting quality websites, holding the True Reciprocal Link principals in order to make it a valuable exchange for you.
-Watch it Grow
Slowly, over the next few weeks, and months, you'll notice more traffic, you'll notice other webmasters finding your site and requesting exchanges with you, and you'll notice an increase in your PR. All this doesn't happen overnight, consistency counts. Try to take time every day to make a few quality link exchanges and you'll see how this will benefit your site in a few months.
Slow and steady wins the race!

Submitting Your Site To Directories For Free Links
If you're like most webmasters, you're always looking for ways to get links to your site. Of course, if they're one way links, all the better! Well, submitting your site to directories not only offers you one ways, you can get them for free.
If you follow a few rules when submitting your site to various directories, you'll greatly increase the number of directories that accept your link, so increasing the number of links you get.
Many directories publish a comprehensive list of rules for submitting to their site, but here are a few general rules that will put you in good stead.
1 – No promotional language – avoid promotion type language in your title and description. Avoid things like “click here” “save big”, etc.
2 - Don't keyword stuff – While you want your keywords in your title and description as possible, don't stuff them with your keyword. You want it to look official and natural.
3 – Give valid contact info – When you submit your listing, use yourreal name and email address. It will greatly increase your chances of acceptance.
4 – Submit to the deepest relevant category – Don't submit to a main category unless there is not a subcategory that fits your site. For examle, google.com should be submitted to Computers > Internet > Search > Search Engines, not just to the Computers category
5 – Site guidelines – in general, directories will only accept unique, content rich sites. Most directories will not accept Adsense sites, scraper sites, doorway pages, etc.
6 – Submit your homepage – Don't submit sub-pages unless the directory states you may – most directories will deny sub-page listings.
Bonus tip – Here's a way to greatly speed up your directory submissions. Use a form fill plug in for your browser that automatically fills in your url, title, description, etc. I use and recommend RoboForm, but you may find a better free one somewhere.

The Easy Way Of Getting Free One Way Links
Fact: One way links push your site up the rankings in Google as well as many other leading search engines. Reciprocal linking are by no means ‘dead’, however when it comes down to using your time effectively, then you will find that you will get many more rewards with greater results in the serps with one way linking.
So now you know that it’s going to help, I want to show you a few ways that you can get a head start.
Articles: This is one of the best ways to get inbound links as it also helps to build you a solid and well formed reputation. You can submit articles on a whole range of topics on thousands of article directories all over the internet. For each article that you post you can place at least one inbound link in it that points towards your site. This link can be palace in your ‘Author Bio’. Any articles that you submit will want to be ‘keyword enriched’, which means that it will have to mention several times a term that you think people will use to search for you site. Once you have your article you will need to submit it to some online directories. For this, quantity is just as good as quality. For a better distribution that is done automatically for you I suggest that you use http://www.isnare.com
Directory Submissions: Directories can be found all over the net and they certainly should not be ignored as they are a very important part of any linking strategy. Just like article directories there are thousands out there. I suggest that if you can’t be bothered submitting yourself than you can use http://www.best-web-directories.com
One thing to remember is that each link that you get, helps to push you up the Google ranks. Don’t go over the top and sit there for days at a time as this will only lead to burnout and you will not get anywhere. Set yourself a goal of submitting to say 10-20 directories and in no time you will have thousands completed.

Using Directory Submissions To Build Inbound Links
There are literally 100's of free directories out there that you can submit your website to, and build inbound, one way links to your website. But it really helps to follow several guidelines to get the most benefit from these free directories.
Rule #1: Read the rules
Most directories have a list of rules that your listing must comply with to be accepted. Some directories have a very particular set of specifications, and if your submitted listing does not meet them, it will be deleted without a second glance.
So it is in your best interest to read the rules. If a particular directory does not have a list of rules, you can probably use a set of rules such as:
1- Submit your homepage url only
2- No promotional language or keyword stuffing in the title & description
3- Submit to the deepest sub category possible
Rule #2: Anchor text
As with all inbound links, you want to strive to get your keywords in the anchor text of the links. With directories, you have an additional challenge, as many of them require that you use your official site name as your title. So you may have to compromise.
Rule #3: Vary your anchor text
Another general rule of link building that applies to directory submissions is to vary your anchor text a little so that the links do not look artificial to the search engines.
Rule #4: Use legitimate information
Submit your real name, email, etc when you submit your website. Your link is much more likely to be approved if you do. If possible, use an email address at the domain you are submitting. Many directories like this, as it indicates that you are the owner of the site.
Just follow these rules to build 100% free inbound links to your website with directory submissions. And of course, you can even start your own directory to build more back links, but that's another story all-together.
